What you need to do is get a good atty that can get you a disability withdrawal on your 401K. I had to get into mine to pay off the retirement I owed on my teamster pension plan. It is hard, but not impossible. And it should not cost too much either, which is a very large concern after being off that long without a check coming in.</p><p> </p><p>d</p></blockquote><p></p>
