my guess is over 1.0 for psychological purposes but not much over...on the other hand, based on the way they are thinning the herd, it may be above four when you divide the incentive between the 3 managers and 4 supervisors left in the company....I LONG FOR THE DAYS OF A STANDARDIZED EQUATION THAT ADDED UP TO THE MIP FACTOR...not this WISHY WASHY, nebulous, WIND IS BLOWING THIS WAY CRAP,
