Monaco is such a nerve wracking race to watch. Love it.
It was disappointing to see how shortened to course was for the electric cars. No going up the hill to casino square, no hairpin, no barreling through the parking garage...all the best parts were removed.

nowhere special
They took the road to the right at the bottom of the hill and shortcut over to the "nouvelle" chicane exiting the casino garage.

Every news story I read about that race glossed over the changes and tried to make it sound like the greatest thing since sliced bread.

It wasn't. Kinda sad, really. Takes 2 cars to finish the race even so. The cars are quiet, so they blast techno music around to make up for the lack of mechanical music.

yeah, tough break for him this weekend. He'll get over it. He's starting to get the appearance of somebody who's really full of himself.

Look out Mr Gopher!! What do you think of that Machiavellian split screen that somewhat forces you to view the commercials? Wasn't there for the Monaco GP for some reason. Vettel did an incredible job coming back from not even making it out of Q1.

Good point on the split screen, always there except for Monaco.

The real question is are we just gonna have a 1-2 Merc procession the rest of the year?

I'm a big open wheel fan. Unfortunately F1 sucks anymore. Seems like theirs only three or four drivers ever towards the front and not nearly enough passing.

I'm lucky. This is only minutes from me. Kings Royal was Saturday.

Did anybody see the 24 of LeMans recently? I missed the end, but I hear Corvette did well and Patrick Demspsey's team got second in their class.

Wow I missed a lot. For some reason this hasn't shown up in my feed.

Austin the Kings royal is this weekend. Well night before was last night and the Kings Royal is tonight.

Did you guys see that Jules Bianchi passed away yesterday. Another sad day in motorsports. As tough as it is to say it's almost better. He wasn't getting any better and I feel for the family the pain they had to go through the last 10 months along with the hope they had to carry.
