22.2 being morphed into 22.3

BA says pay rate will remain at 22.2. But, 22.3 language will be used in the bidding process. That is ed upppp.

Pay rate will remain 22.2 ... for now. What are the odds the pay rate will change to 22.3 the next time its bid since it will now be a 22.3 job?

If the local makes an agreement like that there is little you can do about it.
