Yes you are you have to work though whatever they have you do ,and if they want you to stay you have to do that also.if they absolutley force you out you get paid 3 see memorandum of understanding @ end of contract.

sups are calling loaders and telling them they are "laidoff" for the day? does this still count for the 3.5?

After 1 day seniority applies also don't answer phone once you show up they pay.If they tell you day before make sure it is by seniority
