What's the cut off date for 3 vs 4 yrs?
Don't be a bunch of p*s either
...or the day the contract passed, which was in around April of 2014 for our national.
Which is it?
Contract didn't pass till 4/25, so is it before or after? how many read the contract ? What's your take? @Lead Belly
Where does 7/31/13 come from?
August 1 2013 is the right date
I'm going to assume you're talking about full time package car. It's August 1, 2013. See Article 41 Section 2(c).
If you made seniority before August 1, 2013 then you are under 3 year progression.
If you made seniority after August 1, then you are under 4 year progression.
Then what's the last paragraph of article 41 section 2(c) mean?
If you had already started the 3 yr progression (before 8-1-13), you remain in the 3 yr progression.
How are you going to ask a question and t then threaten everyone?
I forgot I wasn't in nf2 lmao
My argument though is contract wasn't ratified. So we worked under the old contract
Definitely worth fighting for. They should have clarified that.
Much easier to declare impasse.
You're correct. But our union is at a all time weak state with jr. It was a stall tactic thinking a bunch of drivers would quit before a four year progression would end. It's bull**it.
I'll definitely fight if I have to. The last paragraph says it all that's why I don't understand why everyone says 4 years. I think anyone who gained seniority before 4/25 2014 should be under 3 year.
It is not uncommon for contracts to be "back dated".
I agree with you. But H offa has no spine. Just a fat bank account to match his fat ass.
All I know is everyone with a seniority date before 4/25/2014 should file if not part of the 3. And that's why we vote h out. He's enjoyed his reign of givebacks for to long
Separate names with a comma.
