I'll have 8 years under my belt this year. I've done nearly every job there is to do in a large hub: I spent my first two loading trucks in the outbound on one of the heaviest trucks in the building, my third and fourth years as an LVD pick-off, and then went to small sort. My job was cut and I went back to the outbound. Spent 6 months loading, then loaded and picked off for a year before I got brought back to smalls. When they tried to cut me again while sups were working left and right, I finally grew a pair and stood up to them. That's where I am now. You're not the only person that works hard for a living, princess. You're not a special little snow flake that takes care of a multi-billion dollar account. To UPS, you're nothing more than a number on a piece of paper. In a few more years, you'll be an overpaid number on a piece of paper. You claim you want a 22.3 combo job. You do realize that the union negotiated those jobs, right? Do you honestly think UPS wants to pay you $26/hr for 8 hours a day when they can hire two high school kids off the street for $8.50/hr (and no benefits for a year)? If you think so, you're beyond help.
