401k is taking over by TD Ameritrade?

Are you management or union? I just checked to make sure and the union 401k is still through Prudential with no announcement on their homepage regarding any such change. There is also nothing on upsers.com regarding any such change.

From what I read, only the Self Managed account is taken over by TD Ameritrade for non union 401K.
I am unsure of what the new fee schedule is for buying\selling stocks\ETF's\Mutual funds etc. I did read where there will be a blackout period as they move account information from the current provider to TD Ameritrade. I'm guessing we will get an enhancement on this.
