It takes the company time to assess the impact to the business of your proposals. Its easy to turn them out in a day or two but it takes much longer to assess the impact to the business. Remember when the company offered the CS pension buy out? Your union took a couple of months to assess that offer. It takes more time to assess then it does to propose . You should know that .
