Had one residential consignee in very rural Wisconsin say to me as I handed her a ground package "Thank God I got my package today as I was concerned it was on the plane that crashed."

If an intersection accident is labeled a TIER III and assigned a cost of $55,000 to the center, is a plane crash a TIER 5? How much does UPS charge itself for this one? Which center gets hit with that charge? Which ever one got it, I guess there numbers are shot for the next decade or two.
