99% of the last week and a half had to stay late waiting on air

I work in the primary on preload and to me it seems like management can't seem to figure out when air loads are supposed to get here until just about the end of the shift. I'm not complaining I'm getting paid to just stand around. I'm more wondering how many other hubs are dealing with the same thing

2 more hours of overtime thanks to late air not complaining one bit. Probably about 6-10 hours just from late air for the week and a good chunk of it was spent standing around waiting

This wasn't even close to peak week for my Hub we did more volume last week and the week before. As for the math I don't need it that's why I work at ups

We stood around for TWO HOURS each of the past 3 days waiting for airs. Ridiculous, but if they want to pay us to stand around, more power to em I guess.........drivers were pretty pissed though.....
