I unfortunately have that predisposition to anything loaded with sodium. (My BP is fine, thank God) Anchovies, Sardines, smoked mussels, pretzels, olives, salsa, pickles, chex mix, salted peanuts (in the shell)...

How does this 10,000 Quality Post thing work?
I have to wait 30 seconds between Posts.

I don't feel like doing the math, but isn't that a lot of life burned "waiting" for "POst Clearance"?

Do you have to wait less time between Posts once you reach 10,000?
