Yup that pretty much sums it up. When I think of growing up hood you are poor maybe your old man was always in jail and ur moms was on drugs. Maybe you don't know ur dad at all and they be selling drugs everywhere and people are strapped everywhere. Drive byes and a very high murder rate. I do t see this in Rhode Island. I grew up in Cleveland and I've been a part of some of this. Maybe I'm wrong but ill doubt it.
