Abusive INTEGRAD trainer gets owned by 2 union officials

What the hell is INTERGRAD? What the heck happened to, "go out and do the job"?

How is one selected to go to integrad? I am in the process of training for air driver. Just through my local hub. But our trainer talked about integrad and how there's only 2 training sites with a select number of seats. It sounds pretty bad from what I have heard so how is one so unlucky to be sent there?

integrad is just down the street from Leningrad and in Leningrad if you fail you are sent back to the salt mines!

You have to have a masters degree.

My center isn't even that strict but I ironed my uniform for the first 30 days. After that I could careless.

I have never once ironed any piece of ups apparel and never will but I don't look like a slob either.
