Now I am aware AP have been going on for a little while now. YOU MUST GREIVE THIS.
Stealing hour from union clerks and drivers. Pay little Mary or Bobby minimum wage at Bob's Fish, Golf and Gas. Really?
Under what article?
50 cents a package
Another give back
Access Points can be grieved under lack off contract wording.
What does that even mean?
Customers need to pay $40 Premium My choice membership to continue normal delivery practices
The access points get paid 50¢ a package. The UPS store gets a buck a package.
During the last contract negotiation Sure post was added to the contract so it could not be contested. Not AP
No they don't
Free MyChoice and they can decide what to do with that package
You can't grieve something that is not in the contract.
You are right for most customers that is true, others no.
This was a Major issue at the last JAC Panel.
Someone deciding what to do with the package they paid for therefore taking any responsibility or liability for that package off of the driver is a bad thing?
Would you conceder shipper release bad also ?
Who is it not true for?
Separate names with a comma.
