no offense, but people have a right to wear whatever they want and they shouldn't be mistaken as a criminal or thief. Zimmerman had every right to think something suspicious was going on since his area has had break ins before, but the fact of the matter is he should not have pursued him. If he would have never pursued him or followed him this would have been avoided. Zimmerman was told that he shouldn't follow him and he did anyways. He disobeyed orders and that's why he should have gotten arrested at least. They arrested him 44 days later. You have to put yourself in others shoes if it were your child you would be devastated. What crime is it in wearing a hoodie and walking home from the store? If Zimmerman would have left him alone like he was told to do the police would have came and questioned him and if he wasn't doing anything wrong he would have continued his walk home, but instead he is dead. This group of protesters really need to stop, they are just making society's speculations about their group true. It is ok to share your thoughts, but they shouldn't harm others or attack someone else's character in the process.
