Advice on a minor injury

Both had to do with loadstands and truck-positioning. First time there was a 13" gap on the left side of one of my trucks, between it and the building. Throughout the day I managed to step right through the gap. Didn't miss a beat, I just walked to my truck and suddenly dropped like 4 feet through the gap. Landed perfectly, kept the packages in my hand and just got mad as friend* that there was a huge gap that I hadn't noticed.</p><p></p><p>The second time I had a slight height difference and another, smaller gap in between two load stands that were side-by-side. Going from one truck to the other my foot got caught underneath the higher load stand and my leg stretched in a pretty strange way as I tried to follow through with my whole walking-from-one-truck-to-the-other thing... I felt fine but the supe said later he was sure I had sprained/twisted my ankle and was just BSing through it. No injury, though, my work boots are friend*in' legit, man, lol.]</p></blockquote><p></p>
