its not about what the customers want!
That sounds familiar. Oh yeah, Walmart killed most of the competition, now I stand in line behind 10 people with most of the registers closed. Stood in line 15 minutes as a customer kept going over and over a sales ad from another store trying to get the cashier to give in and give her a discount. Walmart matches sales at other stores but the item she wanted a discount on wasn't even in the ad. After 10 minutes I asked cashier to call the mgr but she refused and told me I'll just have to wait my turn. This was at 11:30 p.m.! Finally the mgr came over and told the lady they couldn't just take her word that the item was on sale at Macy's.
