another FMLA question

  1. Does anyone know the following?
    I'm going out on FMLA for 4-5 weeks next month. I know that they guarantee heath insurance for the time I'm on leave.
    But do they count those days of leave towards my 36 days of service I need to maintain health insurance for the next quarter?

    I think you are covered for ninety days. Maybe 120, since the next month is covered froom the previous month of work. So if you took tomorrow until 7/23 you may covered until 7/16 based on the hours of worked in June. FMLA would then pick up for the next 90 days. But always doouble check, we are talking about UPS now.
