Let's face it, where are all the NLRB charges? What happened with the IBT and IRB audits? The fact is if you guys could file charges you would but you guys got nothing but hate. That will not win.

Where is Silent bang? He is always so wordy but now that his regime is under fire he stays away..... All that B.S. for 3 years about uprisings, audits, mergers, bankruptcy, jail, Angel tickets, LM-2's, leaky roofs, mold, death, trusteeship, betrayal, Hoffa, Zuckerman, JC42, not returning calls, agents not representing the members, and you couldn't prove a damn thing or file/win one NLRB charge..... All you have to do is search this forum and you will find lies/slander about 952 since last year. The anti-Pk few come on this forum regularly and spew claims of IRB investigations, improper baseball ticket giveaways, bad representation etc. So far nothing has happened to prove that their claims have any truth to them. I understand that it's election time. But cut it out with all the lies already. 952 is constantly organizing. They are always growing. Have they lost members? Yes, just like every Local throughout the Country. May the best man (PK) win.

You and three members is indeed a meeting but not some kind of grassroots phenomenon. You have know steam. I know PK and he is well entrenched and respected within the IBT. His members know this and you have no chance.
Members like to be protected by officials with clout. Th majority won't want to start over in local 952 and have zero clout for a minimum of 6 long years. Keep fear mongering on this little platform. You reach the equivalent of 1/4 of a percent of your overall membership on your best day here.
