I am a home owner, and anyone with eyes can see rotted wood on the roof, a sagging roof, water damage on the ceiling and walls, termite damage and a hole in the wall on the exterior of the building.

PK can't manage our finances, can't seem to find the 952 barns but once every 3 years and can't even take care of our home.

Our hall is falling apart.

It needs a new roof, and extensive repairs.

On Sunday, I saw at least 4 things that are signs of decay and rot.

Hey, that could be PK's new slogan, decay and rot.

If he was spending money on upgrading the hall, you guys would all be complaining. PK will win. The other slate should just quit before they get embarrassed further.

If PK had managed our union finances correctly to begin with, he would have had money to do the needed maintainence and upkeep of our union hall.

Now, instead of a $30,000.00 roof replacement that was needed 10 years ago, we may have to spend $125,000.00 for a new roof and to get out all the rotted wood and the wood damaged by termites.

Why wasn't this work done years ago, like it should have been?

There were no lobbyists, or politicians that helped.

$30K for a roof job on a commercial building in California? Is the Local conducting business in a three car garage?

His object is not to win by truth. It's is merely to confuse and distort the members view of the local. This has gone round and round for years and they suffered many losses by their regime. Yet, they continue their failed tactics.

They failed in 2013, 2010, 2007 to gain the local. They failed in 2006, 2011 and 2016 to gain Delegates in the West for the Convention. And they continue to spin any problem to the members as if they would fix it. Truth is, there are some problems in some crafts. Most , if not all, are the companies not following the contracts in place. As for the Local, these problems are being taken care of, they and the Stewards of these crafts are making right by these violations. I've been to the local most recently, and appears the roof looks great. This local has no leaks, but TDU and LD have many. TDU is falling apart, and LD has no President.
