Yep, and trust me it makes me feel real good about being a Teamster right now too! Although he may be a little pissed at me as I questioned his decision making skills with regards to an incident we had around the first week in March.

Evidently us lowly union thugs aren't supposed to question our union representatives without repercussions.:angry:

if you were a hard worker, i'd try to find a place for you elsewhere in the facility, otherwise i'd probably let you go for that many misloads too

it's not really your fault, the system sets you up for failure, but some people are more inclined to misload less, and others are inclined to misload more, and i would be failing my responsibility as a supervisor to keep a person who isn't suited for placing the right packages on the right car

inb4 someone who's never loaded a package car tries to tell me you can train someone not to read numbers incorrectly
