Anyone who has delivered an EAM to a Men's Wearhouse is already aquainted with having re-attempt an EAM within an hour of the first attempt, in addition to having to CALL THE CENTER if the first attempt is unsuccessful. Personally, I like the EAM enhancements. People pay good money to have things shipped that way. I have no idea what could cause someone to miss my first attempt, but I'll always give them a 2nd attempt (FWIW, this is official UPS policy too, re-attempting send-agains where possible, although many a driver-pay budget-conscious center manager will say otherwise). I feel the same way about MOST Sat Air dels, especially Sat EAMs.
