They gave us free water for a few weeks at my place until people started taking whole cases back to their areas and drinking it.

at our hub they always used to give out free water, bananas, and other fruit any time it was close or over 100 degrees . i guess they were getting tired of the ambulance showing up every other day for a heat stroke victim.
