The Ground and HD drivers in my area come out of Nashville. They have a ridiculous turnover rate. One of the HD drivers switched over from Ground a few years back and actually started smiling after that.

i've tried both & HD is definitely better, eventhough we sometimes have wacky "orion-style" DRA traces, still stress-free since there's no time commits or rarely pickup windows to mess up my straight-line trace

Merging G with HD along with a permanent 6 day year round work week will produce savings too atractive for X not to capitalize on.especially when you consider the fact that the other operating units are barely paying their bills.
