Was thinking about getting the Dewalt model DC011 radio. I see that the product description says it has an auxillary port for other devices. Just wondered is this basically the cigarette lighter type plug or is it something else? Just want to know if I can plug the satellite radio power supply into the plug. Gotta have my talk radio during the day.

Auxillary ports are usually for adding things like MP3 players or walkmans of some sort. I have the same tiing on my Sirius boombox.

So it's an auxiliary power supply...I can plug the power adapter into it?

Aux input, not aux power. This port is to play music on your iPod and listen to it through the Dewalt's speakers.
