I can't face a 35 mile commute up 400 every day and am looking at buses/shuttles/vanpools/biking. What are my options? Thanks in advance.

Up 400 in the morning rush hour is not too bad but evening rush hour is is bad.

I work at Windward Pkwy, the exit below but I commute 55 miles one way.

What city /community you live in?

Thanks for replying. House in East Atlanta, will likely start a contract gig there soon (Linux/UNIX). There is no way on Earth I'm driving from East Atlanta to Lake Lanier every day during rush hour. Right now I'm planning on Marta + bike the last 3 miles from the park/ride at Windward/400. The ideal solution for me would be an employee shuttle from HQ in Sandy Springs. Any info appreciated. (Is there a shower facility on site? :)

BTW, if you can handle 55 miles every day, I'm in awe. I did that in St. Louis - drove from Festus MO to McDonnell Douglas through the worst traffic imaginable and went completely bats - started taking the bus and my BP dropped 30 points.
