[QUOTE="ezmoney5150, post: 111336, member: 6184"] Like we didn't know you were management. When you spout the UPS talking points word for word it's a dead giveaway. Not all of us are sheep. UPS's contributions to the Central States Pension Fund is only 35%. Check with Central States. How is 35% supporting 65% do the math. Just because UPS says it doesn't make it true. Ultra rich people like Mike Eskew and his 6 figure executives have nothing in mind but making themselves richer. Number crunching does nothing for customer service. Remember Service? Thats what Center Managers on up do (for the most part) is number crunch. Customers don't care about numbers. Just pick their packages up on time, don't damage it and deliver it on time. Cutting six runs to make yourself look good on paper and maybe getting a better bonus is not the same as "the company is looking out for its employeees." The Teamsters would be held accountable for the mismanagement of the Central States Pension Fund????? You can tell you've been with the company for 10 years. Did you know that UPS management are trustees on the Pension Board? So would you hold your own management accountable for this so called mismanagement? CaldwellPhilip E. YoungChristopher J. Langan I'm not complaining about the pension. Ups Mangement is. If the UPS company pension plan is so good then why did they give it to the UPS Freight employees with the disclaimer that the company reserves the right to disolve the pension plan at any time it sees fit.
