This is the latest uniform request form that I have. It has the option for the SS Shirt Jac, but not the long sleeve.

This form is probably a couple of years old. Maybe the long sleeve jacs are a recent item. I'll have to look for an updated form. Although I do not like wearing long sleeves.

I wear the short sleeve jacs all year. If it is warm enough to not wear a jacket, not much difference between a long sleeve and a short sleeve.
