Re: Article: UPS package stolen by another delivery driver, then he returns it after Bought a Ar-15 a few weeks back. In fact, 2 days after Sandy Hook. I didnt buy it because of that, I've always wanted one. The price was amazing, 1140$ with no sales tax, bought it at Patrick Airforce base. This gun, now, might end being a huge investment. Yesterday I went to a gun show, people where carrying similar guns and asking 2,400-3,500 for them, used. This model is a LE Colt, 5.56 NATO .223 REM. The same type of weapon issued to police and military, it only lacks full automatic. Plus the Optic scope on the top rail makes a real sick piece. People ask me, "why optic? Why not a laser?" because a laser can be easily seen, optic is dark. Of course theres hardly any ammo out there right now. I only have 100 rounds of 5.56 and .223. To me its a pride and joy sort of feeling owning this weapon. It might be a rarity to see in the future. Yea, UPS doesnt give a crap about DRing packages. They only care about the number of packages being slung by the driver per hour. After that, nothing else matters.
