ami, that stuff appeared for me right before my interview so I went ahead and did it before I went in, they had other people there that hadn't done it filling it out. Not sure about you having the interview first though?? Maybe they do it slightly different where you are..I had my interview Oct. 5th and just got the call back yesterday morning for orientation Friday...they could possibly be waiting for an orientation spot to open up? I would say since they told you where they were going to put you it's a good sign...
