If not enough votes are cast the supplement will pass automatically, even if all the votes sent in were no votes. Not my business yes or no, all I'm saying is vote.

Not sending in a "Yes" vote is the same as voting "No".

If my brothers and sisters were taking these taxes out of my check, you can bet I would be complaining to them.
However, they are not, but the government is.
