The Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees met in Game 2 of their 3 game set yesterday afternoon. Boston was up 9-0 in the 6th and wound up losing the game 15-9. Bobby Valentine, the Red Sox manager, was loudly booed twice while making pitching changes.

It's early in the season but is this going to be one of those years for the Sox?

We have not had 'one of those years' in a long time . . there are people around here that have never had 'one of those years'.
It could be a very long summer.

The ego maniac will have them out of the race by the trade deadline ,then the Sox can trade Kevin Youkillis to the Phils. It will be fun you can come down and watch I will get you tickets.

Boston called the game off due to weather, 6 hrs. before the start of the game today (Sunday)......national broadcast...national failure....they failed miserably last night...probably they envisioned the same this evening...........I figure that when it's all over they'll be in 4th place in the East...Toronto, Yankees, Rays..will beat them...and the O's will be close
