Even more specific which goes to your point, who added more pages to the Federal Register and/or the Code of Federal Regulations? And not all regs. in the Federal Register are codified in CFR (fail to meet criteria of Title 5 Administrative Procedures Act) and yet are sometimes still enforced as if so. Federal Register may be a better judge on that point.

Truth is both Bush and Obama are utterly distasteful and often for the same reasons. And I see nothing as it relates to 2016' that suggests anything will change either regardless who wins.
