This sounds like it's an odd occurrence that started this week.
OK, not being on the preload I'm not in tune with the manifests/forecasts of bulk stops that y'all are talking about, but reading this has made me wonder a little about the process. First of all, if a shipper sends 50 pkgs to one receiver why would it matter if the label says 1of1 or 25of50? The info is sent though their world ship program so all the pkgs should show telling you of all pkgs to be expected. Right?
Second, if this was due to delays caused by the flooding wouldn't there have been just as many bulk stops missing from the manifests the week before?
This sounds like a glitch in UPS's info system more than a rash of sudden shipper errors.
It does my heart good to know that there are loaders like Bell and sups like Storm that actually give a
