again... I'm for the most part pro-union, since i enjoy all these benefits i just can't agree with a lot of people who post here thinking that without a union UPS would be the most unethical company in existence. Some of you talk as if there was not a union UPS would run rampant; murdering, raping, and commiting horrible crimes against humanity.

I just read your other thread which explains a lot! I am in no way trying to slam you, but you are looking at ups from an air driver stand point. As an air driver while these are some of our most profitable packages, you never get slammed with 200 plus stops bricked in an 8 cube.

It was also nice to see that you were bumped up in pay and earned $43 an hour because you had 1 ground package in your truck. Ask you sister the secretary of she gets bump up pay when all of her paperwork wont fit in 1 paper clip!

they can pay u as much as they want, that being said i have never heared of anyone getting payed more then they had to be
