Can someone tell me how to get setup with ups freight?

I've asked all 3 reps over the last 2.5 years and we still have nothing setup. Is there someone up on ups freight that I can contact?

Also, we'd like to get info on the mail program ups has (hybrid mail/ups like Fedex does) but we still have nothing on that either.

Also international rates. We use IPSParcel.com but my rep keeps telling me we are paying too much (and it is expensive, we lose a couple of sales a month because we have no economical method of shipping medium and large size boxes international.) but so far, nothing has been done on our international rates. I'm tired of waiting. It's been 2 months.

Does UPS have a "super rep" or something where we can go to get results?

From what I could tell the OP is a shipper looking to use UPS Freight for shipping.

He should call the toll free number--they will get him to the right person.
