Can UPS video or photograph drivers on area without consent?

If you're out in public, anyone can video you. If they video you in your shower, they might have a problem.

What are you doing that has you worried?

Yup. They're welcome to film me whenever they want. All they're going to see is one truck driver doing his job.

Yes they can follow you around and film you. A person has no legal right to privacy in a public place. When I am on the clock I assume that I am being videotaped and I do my job accordingly.

They must laugh their butts off if they ever filmed me. Singing to the music, talking to myself, bitching my way back to the truck while carrying a third attempt bow-flex back from a tenth story apartment, ect.
