well, the customer did indirectly signed the doortag from the day before, so this is what i have to work with... so at least i'm "covered" from any disputes

LoL! it is a safe new development, but as a swing driver of a new area, i wouldn't know :bag:

...was it UPS or FedEx who first use a doormat to magically hide the parcel from street view?

That's a pretty crappy hiding job. If they signed a release, I wouldn't bother with the door mat. What if the cust. is home, walks out the door, trips over pkg. right in the way, sues your boss?

I want to know who was in charge of numbering those units.

The 2 in the middle are upstairs condos and the 2 on the ends are downstairs. The higher address number of residences on top of each other is upstairs.

wasn't home at all; that's why they left the signature on the doortag...

I love it how UPS blocks the exit of a house that might be on fire.

If the house were on fire the UPS guy would run in and save three children then go back for the cat and dog.

Go back for the cat and dog and help himself to the jewlery, cash, and other valuables.

UPS would file a grievance that a house on fire isn't part of their contract and then take a month off because of smoke inhalation.
