    Stronger overtime language, or a 9.5 list like the US has. I'm sick of working so many hours and not being able to spend much time with the kids during the week.

    Oh, and contracted free Xmas turkeys.

    Having the cost of shoes covered by UPS would be nice too. I still don't understand why the shop mechanics get a shoe allowance when I'm burning through at least 4-6 pairs a year.

    Make sure that your holiday language I strong enough that you can't be forced to work on that holiday but can volunteer if wanted too

    4-6 pairs a year? Someone lied to me then. There is concrete up there.

    Mechanics get a boot allowance because they are required to wear CSA approved footwear. Drivers arent required to wear CSA footwear.
