Why is it that its seems as though Center Managers are always in a bad mood. Is there a lot of presure on them or do most of them just hate there job. Seriously

Pressure; pressure; pressure...............

Make the ops work; get some efficiencies; do more with less; on call 24/7; make it work; make it work; make it work....

This is for the small minority of drivers (whiners... you know who you are) in every center. I'll tell you why c/m's are in a bad mood and under so much pressure....they are responsible for every mindless mistake a center makes during the course of the day. It has to be frustrating when they tell us to bring in our exception pkgs and presto, the center gets dinged for a number of exceptions the next day (all service failures) because the SP leaves them on car. They instruct us not to back unnecessarily and bingo, avoidable accident when we hit an overhang in a large parking lot. You want to see your c/m's mood change, go out and do your job like you were taught. Stop making excuses for your poor performance like "it's EDD's fault,"( the problem is your customer contact and massaging pkgs ) and be thankful you have a job with GREAT pay and benefits. :peaceful:
