    This really makes me see red when I come accross things like this !!

    It has come to my attention that a certain bank does not post the HYPO lending rate charged on their statment but instead gives a dollar amount.

    I find this to be misleading, and furthermore when I calculated the rate it came to more than twice what the rate should have been based on rates over the last year.

    My advice is to check your rate and if you have trouble call the lender and ask them to calculate the rate for you and explain how they got the number HOLD THEIR FEET TO THE FIRE.

    Folks this is your money and future please I beg you ask.

    You should be paying LIBOR plus a spread of no more than 1 1/4.
