Colorado Fires

Bad Moon Risen'
Flying into Denver for a week vacation this Saturday in the beautiful, burning state of Colorado. Had hoped to visit Rocky Mountain National but that seems doubtful now. Will be staying in Aguilar. Anyone out there know of any cool places to visit in the southern part of the state?

I'm up north by the High Park fire. Last count was 260 houses burned down and 84000 acres burned. Smoke was pretty bad for about a week. Walk outside my house and see what looks like a thunderhead, but really just a huge cloud of smoke. Our center has been holding packages for the victims. People wander in and pick them up. I drove the air trailer from Loveland to Denver and watched smoke from the High Park fire, Flagstaff fire in Boulder, and the Colorado Springs fire. Seems like the whole state is on fire.
