Do you really think they'd just "jump-in" without any facts? The DOJ has far more facts regarding the incident than the media. When Mr. Roof killed all the people in the church, the same thing happened. It's SOP to not reveal a motive until the investigation is complete, but it was obvious what had happened at the church.
Let's see, what do we have in COS.

1. Incident happened at a PP location/parking lot.
2. Suspect has already been quoted as using terms like "no more baby parts".
3. Anti-Obama to the extreme.
4. Isolated, with probable mental issues.
5. Arrives at location, heavily armed, has a shootout with police and kills a cop along with several others in the process.

Perhaps this nice man had multiple motivations to kill people, but it seems obvious that one of them was Planned Parenthood, and the fact that this occurred at a PP location would seem to confirm it.

I think the police should release him immediately, give him back his gun and ammo, and put him in the care of Wayne LaPierre, who should be required to have Mr. Dear stay at his home until this matter gets resolved.
