A quick and easy solution would be to do away with VLO's. They have too many people then they lay-off from the bottom up. You signed on to come to work, not to go home. Tired, your back aches, you're run down and need a day off, then you call in sick.

Can I really do that? All I hear is you have to be here. If you are sick we will give you some thing easy to do. Then it's a 10 hour day.
