Concessions To The FedEx Ground Warehouse Workers?

In a very surprising move, all of the FedEx Ground warehouse workers (people who actually have the right to organize a union) were given health benefits and vacation time!

It's obvious that after years of us getting absolutely nothing from FedEx (unless you call 15 hours a week with a ceiling pay of $13 an hour) "something", that Fred S must be scared of workers wanting to organize a union!

Granted the health care is crap and wages are still frozen at $13, but it's clear that FedEx is scared to give up concessions to cut off the union drive!

Funny how the threat of a union makes Fred crack open that moth-eaten wallet. Express employees... take note.

Yes another slap in the face now the loaders make more than the drivers with benefits and vacation time. 13 bucks a hour must be nice most drivers make 10 bucks a hour.

Yes but you have the opportunity to work 70 hrs at min wage.

Big incentive!!! everyone loves working 70 hours at min wage with no benefits and vacation time. Its just another slap in the face, this is exactly why we should continue to give such good customer service.
