"Consignee"

I have a bulk stop that has a "cosignee" alert after I scan the package. I can not continue scanning until I select a cosignee. I'm not sure how to select the cosignee so I pretty much press a million buttons until I'm able to get to a screen that allows me to select the cosignee im looking for.
Question: What am I doing to get to that screen?

Hit enter from the consignee field, scroll down, select correct consignee. Or just put first letter of consignee in and hit enter. Big arrow down to package screen.

That sounds about right. Haven't delivered anywhere that needed that in about 10-15 years.
