Consolidated Freight

Just watched the evening news and saw where Consolidated is closing the doors. Left a 800 number for their employees to call.
I was curious if anyone knew & could tell me if Consolidated is/was a union shop?? If so was it IBT? Just wondering. thanks in advance.
