Rejected 4244 against, 1897 for... Now what? That's only approx. 60% of our members... Not sure if that's good or bad..... 40% either not interested, or don't care..

60% turnout is actually quite good---only 38% on the package side could be bothered to vote.

There is an old wive's tale that cows lay down when it is going to rain. I drive by a farm everyday on my way to Walmart and noticed the other day that half the cows were standing and the other half were laying down. Does that mean there is only a chance for scattered showers?

I think the 40% are very stupid. I wouldn't want them to vote in a presidential race either...

I would call them lazy rather than stupid.

Apathetic.... uninterested, lack of concern, unresponsive. Hope that's not the case.

As far as the cows, I would say 50% chance of rain....
