Contractor to ISP conversion

Strive for 100%? I stopped that years ago. Just need to hit my monthly bonus numbers and all is well.

Reattempting, trying to get a correct address, taking a resi to someone at their work, all that extra bs isn't worth the time. And it's not cost effective to have an employee do it. So I dont. :)

I have no problem providing services that are contracted for. However, I do have a problem with one sided negotiations.
I can't say I blame you, but that's the breaks when a billion dollar company does business with significantly smaller entities.

Believe me when I say that it is my wish for those in the states going ISP the best fo luck. Rest assure that it will just be another so called "operating agreement X will not consider to be binding on itself and will be worded in such a way that the contractor as in all previous agreements will have no hope whatsoever of prevailing if any disagreement were to be litigated.
